Timeline

This is a list of significant events and changes affecting the server throughout its lifetime.

Effectively, this page is intended as a comprehensive history of major server events and milestones. For other community events, see the Community Timeline.

2023

August

• 31 August - Idea of a Heese SMP thought of by Flip33r - "Fuck it, lets make a heese server"
• 31 August - Server is purchased and development begins

September

• 10 September - Server is released to the public and SR_B20 is the first user to join
• 10 September - Server's first admins are NedHuman, DanThePilot02, q47tx, Flip33r, _TME
• 10 September - Server's first ban - Selimbits, banned by NedHuman
• 10 September - flameben is promoted to the server's first Moderator
• 12 September - The tokenshop feature is introduced
• 17 September - Server updated to 1.20.1 and the border is expanded by 2.5k blocks in each direction
• 17 September - Lightning128 is promoted to Moderator
• 18 September - Server now supports bedrock edition, though it was removed shortly after due to many bugs

October

• 2 October - Mobs now drop heads
• 3 October - Lightning128 is demoted from their Moderator position because they left the discord
• 10 October - Server's 1 month anniversary, anyone who joins gets a special item
• 11 October - ShadowBanner is promoted to Moderator
• 31 October - Halloween, spawn is redecorated and everybody who joins gets a special item

November

• 2 November - BrokenSword_ is promoted to Moderator
• 4 November - Server's first event, Hunger Games, is hosted, won by Baseyoyoyo
• 7 November - The server wiki is now released to the public
• 14 November - Server's 69th ban - .Turtlesliafe, banned by Flip33r
• 11 November - Another event, hide and seek, won by ShadowBanner
• 15 November - Server gets a new website
• 21 November - flameben is demoted from their Moderator position because of inactivity and noob at being mod
• 23 November - C_O_D_M is promoted to Moderator
• 24 November - Server's 100th ban - podd, banned by NedHuman

December

• 2 December - Christmas chest hunt made by NedHuman, first solved by Baseyoyoyo
• 27 December - /warp mall is now open to the public

2024

January

• 1 January - Hide and Seek event hosted by Flip33r
• 3 January - SxphieLee is promoted to moderator
• 5 January - Boat race event hosted by DanThePilot02
• 5 January - The server's donation store is opened to the public, with the first donor being C_O_D_M
• 15 January - dumplinhaler is promoted to moderator
• 19 January - Building Competition event concludes.
• 26 January - Server's 500th ban - prootus86, banned by NedHuman
• 27 January - Castle Siege event hosted by NedHuman

February

• 3 February - ShadowBanner is demoted from their Moderator position due to inactivity
• 9 February - TNT run event hosted by q47tx
• 9 February - The map is expanded by 2500 blocks.
• 18 February - Server updates to version 1.20.4

March

• 2 March - Horse race event hosted, from Spawn to Woodville, by NedHuman
• 10 March - Server celebrates it's 6 month anniversary, some items are given out
• 15 March - Maze event hosted by DanThePilot02, new warp - /warp maze
• 23 March - C_O_D_M is banned and demoted following abuse of a duplication exploit
• 24 March - Saabkael and rantech are promoted to moderator
• 24 March - Server hits 32 players online at the same time (SO CLOSE)
