First place a chest on top of a block like this
Next type out the following:
- Line 1
- Line 2 [MC1214]s (Drop the s if you want it to be powered by redstone)
- Line 3 Range
- Line 4
And now enjoy! All blocks within a 10 block radius will now go into your chest
